Classic : A 6-9mm potting medium is ideal for young orchids, especially during their second potting. It has an Air-Filled Porosity (AFP) of 47-52%, ensuring excellent aeration for the roots, and a Water Holding Capacity (WHC) of 55%, providing the right balance of moisture retention.
Power Plus : A 12-18mm potting medium is well-suited for mature orchids and those that require higher air-filled porosity (AFP). With an AFP of 50-54%, it ensures even better aeration for the roots, while the Water Holding Capacity (WHC) of 56.8% provides a balanced level of moisture retention.
