Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. Please note that "processing time" is the period required to prepare, pack, and hand your order to the carrier.

We currently ship exclusively to the United States and Canada.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We aim to provide a seamless delivery experience. For our customers in Canada and the US:

Pre-paid Duties: All custom duties and taxes are pre-paid and included in your order total at checkout.

You should not receive any additional "COD" (Cash on Delivery) charges from the courier upon arrival.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier. This email will contain your tracking number(s), which will be active within 24 hours.
